What if it rains on our Seattle wedding day?
We plan for it. Most PNW venues have gorgeous indoor or covered options, and we're used to pivoting gracefully. Rainy portraits and mist over the Sound can look incredibly cinematic — and we'll help your planner time outdoor moments when the forecast allows.
Is overcast sky bad for wedding film?
Often the opposite. Soft, even Pacific Northwest light is a filmmaker's dream — no harsh midday shadows on faces, flattering skin tones, and that moody, romantic look the PNW is known for. Your film will look intentional, not flat.
What's the best season for a Seattle wedding film?
July and August typically offer the best odds for warm, dry weather and long golden hours. Spring and fall are lush and dramatic (think mist, evergreens, and saturated greens), but if you want guaranteed sun for an outdoor ceremony, summer is your safest bet.
Any tips for outdoor venues in the PNW?
